Andeidra G Bell - CULINARY ARTS CHEF, Pastry & Charcuterie Chef

Born and raised in the inner city of Baltimore.  Spending endless hours in the kitchen with her grandmother and mother preparing Sunday dinner, Andeidra developed a passion for cooking at an early age. 

 With no formal training she decided to take her love for culinary arts and open a catering company,  Tre’Chaz Catering Co was founded in 2005. “Treating you like family” focusing on bringing back the days of family dinners at the table. Tre ‘Chaz was your down home cooking specializing in southern cuisine. While pursuing her passion, recession hit and caused her to put her dreams of having a large catering facility on hold.  She still did small functions but not on the scale she once did.  

 

The passion for cooking still lingered in her mind after five long years of returning to desk work.  In 2011, she decided to regroup and begin to bake cupcakes for family, friends and small functions.  The constant request and rave reviews for her cupcakes gave her an idea! 

 

Cupsey Cakesy By Dee was born: Cupsey Cakesy was a hobby turned business in a blink of an eye.  

 

Cupsey Cakesy is not your typical cupcakery, they have a twist, they can turn any of your favorite “Cocktails” into a cupcake.  While she was building her business she decided to pursue formal training, obtaining her degree in Advanced Culinary Arts in June 2015.   

 

Andeidra has more than 10 years of experience with catering, hospitality and baking. 

 

 Cupsey Cakesy is a family business run by her and her husband Hezekiah!
